Framed!

Hello friends,
I think you may recall this - the advent box frame created with 25 Square Bracket Edge Boxes.
This idea was dreamed up by the very talented A J Otto and I took it one stage further and had wooden frames created.  I got to reveal this on Create and Craft last year.
Well...I had so many enquiries regarding the frames that I thought I would arrange to have some made.
I can now make available two kits: the first one is for the frame on its own.
Ideal if you already own the Square Bracket Edge Box die template.
This has been created in natural wood - it can be left like this, stained, varnished or painted.
The price is £12.50 but I'm afraid when I did my costing Mr Royal Mail wanted his share so the total including postage and packing will be £17.50
The second kit comes complete with 25 boxes already cut/embossed - they just need to be assembled.
The boxes measure 1 3/4 inch square when assembled.
I've put together a Summer theme here using My Mind's Eye - Miss Caroline papers.
This is how it looks with 25 very pretty boxes - I've left them undecorated, blank - no inking although the temptation was there! I'm thinking if you are having a Summer party, barbecue,
children's party, wedding - you could fill them with going-home treats.
All the cardstock and patterned paper offcuts will be included in case you would
like to decorate your boxes, perhaps a butterfly...!

Here it is photographed outside...
and here is a 'hazard' of outdoor photography!

The second kit including frame and 25 cut/embossed boxes is £25 (with postage and packing totals £30)
Later this year I will be putting together another Christmas advent frame with new papers - it may be that you would like to change boxes at that time. I think the frame is so useful, it seems a shame to only use it at Christmas, it could be on show all year round.
Any further questions or if you would like to place an order please email me:

Thank you friends, take care.

I adore this Christine and have done since the moment you first showed it months and months ago.
I would love one, but I have to admit this is the die set that is on my wish list at the moment as I want to make them for my children so it makes sense for me to buy the dies asap as I have four children!!
I do, however, want to thank you so much for the wonderful idea and inspiration.
Big hugs Linda xx

I love Advent calendars and I really like the idea of boxes for other occasions too. Halloween boxes for trick or treaters would be cute. I may have to get this die! Can you tell me how big the boxes are?
Sarah. Xx

Morning Christine,

This is a wonderful idea. I have three grandchildren which would make it very expensive for me, however my husband was a carpenter so I'm sure he can make these for me so I may nick your idea.
Have a good day.

Oh Christine, this is absolutely gorgeous, I really, really love it and if I did not already have something similar - which cost much more I have to say, I would love one too. You have done a great job putting this kit together. Anne x
