Hello friends
Yesterday I had a post go up on the Spellbinders blog!
I was asked to create a project using the new A Gilded Life,
these are gorgeous pendants, bezels, relics and more - all extremely versatile.
You can see the range here.
I chose to make some simple memo holders - well, you know how much
I like lists and now I have a place to have them on view!
All the details of the project including step by step photos can be found here.
Hope you are all having a good weekend?
I'm cooking today, I cheated some weeks ago and used frozen yorkshire puds -
the boys still haven't forgiven me! (Bad mother!)
Take care friends - stop by tomorrow -
it is cute overload!

Well done for getting 'featured' Christine, even if they don't really appeal to me, I can see that some will like them. I've never had frozen Yorkshire puds, so I don't really know what the boys didn't like about them.
Hi Christine. I love your memo holders ~ they would make great little gifts. Did your dad make the blocks for you to decorate? Have a super, sunny Sunday. Hugs,
Maggie x
Saw these on FB last night, they are gorgeous ..could well be shamelessly pinching this idea! LOL , have a great Sunday, Carole Z X
I love your memo holders, Christine. You could also use them for photos! I think you are a SUPERMUM. I don't do many roast dinners, too busy crafting at week-ends. Hope your Yorkshires rise. Valerie
Morning Christine, beautiful memo holders and well done on having them featured.
There is nothing wrong with frozen Yorkshires just now and then, they serve a purpose in a busy life. I am sure the boys will have forgotten about them after today.
Have a lovely day.

Morning Christine,
Not the sort of thing I would do, but they are very pretty. We have lovely sunshine today, hope it lasts. Enjoy your roast. Will go to Spellbinders and leave a comment.

Hi Christin, it's me again...I really like the idea of these for little gifts..can I ask where you got the memo holder blocks? Did your dad make them by any chance? Thanks, Carole Z X
Hi Christine, good idea but not my thing, I always have frozen Yorkshires with being on my own and I like them. Plus my ovens broke so I have no option, hope all is well love Jean Z xxx
Hi Christine,
These memo holders are such a good idea, well done for having them featured.
I have popped over and left a comment.
I hope you have a good day. Take care. x.
Lovely creations Christine love the colours and embellishments. Lol about the yorkshire puddings my boys won't touch them either in fact they only like mine. Hope you have a good day xx hazel
Hi Christine. I saw these last night, they are lovely aren't they. I would love to get hold of the brads too, they are so sweet. We are not lovers of frozen yorkshires here either, tried them once but they are not for us. My lot are like your boys, they would not be happy if I served them again : ) We won't be having a roast, not sure what we are going to have as we are helping a close friend decorate her dining room and a bedroom on a tight time limit so might end up with beans on toast with grated cheese on top,(which we love luckily : ) Enjoy the gorgeous sunshine, if you are lucky enough to have it, we are : )) Take care.
Morning Christine, These projects are fabulous, and what a fabulous idea, the memo holders look stunning.
Good luck with your roast dinner, I stopped eating red meat years ago, so we don't have the traditional roast anymore, I always used to make my own Yorkshires, but I have used frozen and chilled Yorkshires, they are really useful, but never actually come up to the standard of home made.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
Hi Christine
well done for having your work shown on the Spellbinders blog. I can see lots of people using them, not for me though. The memo holders are gorgeous. not to sure what the problem is with frozen Yorkshire puds. One of the boys could whip the mixture up for you.
I loved these and also would love to know where you got the memo blocks from. Another beautiful day enjoy the sunshine x
Hello Christine, I am not too sure about the bezels, they don't really appeal to me yet. My hubby makes yorkshire's for himself and our dog and gave me a sideways look when I suggested frozen ones LOL, it must be a male thing. I haven't eaten any since suet blacken juices of the meat cooked ones were off my menu due to high cholesterol.

Hi Christine. Lovely memo holders - very useful.
Enjoy your REAL Yorkshire puds today.
Love Val in Spain x
You have such beautiful unusual ideas Christine ,these are fab and i am thinking of making a smaller for my Bingo membership card , we have to put it on the end of the table and im forever losing mine as it keeps getting knocked off .

Hello Christine. These are such fun, but really out of my comfort zone. You tell your boys to make the yorkshires! Then they can't complain. Have a great family meal. xxMargaretxx
nice project ,Laura O
Very unusual project Christine. I don't know how you have the time to do everything and as for the Yorkshires, I employ Aunt Bessie to help too...she is brill!
These are amazing ! Love them, maybe that could be a kit x
Lovely ideas for memo holders. I haven't yet 'tuned in' to the bezels and media mixage thing. Congratulations on having your blog featured!
