Hello friends,
Back today with another Father's Day card that is featured in this month's edition of Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine.
What a super photo, sitting at a piano - those really were the days...
A very simply constructed card, everything at an angle (I do have days where I cannot see straight!)
Ribbon Banners stamped for the sentiment and a double lot of twine..
makes up for no butterflies on Father's Day cards!
It really does make a card personal if you can include a photo,
a mini scrapbook page!
Take care friends, I'm back tomorrow.

Good morning Christine, yes as always a lovely card. The old photos are wonderful. I like the sheet music on the background paper and the double bow ofbakers twine.
I know what you mean about a photo making a card personal, a couple of years ago for my son and daughter-in-laws 1st wedding anniversary I included a photo of their wedding and they loved it. That is a lovely idea for any "special" anniversary.

Hi Christine, I saw this in the mag. but they always look so much better when you post them. It is a beautiful card and the twine is in the shape of a butterfly (almost). Anne x

Another fab Fathers day card, the photo is lovely and reminded me I have one of my children playing the piano when they were little and I still had a piano - I must dig it out. I bought Cardmaking and Papercraft yesterday. Christine xx
