A Week of Hearts - Day 4

Hello friends

Day 4 already!  After a few days of cards that would work for gentlemen,
today's card is very feminine.  The main feature is Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L's
3D Foam Hearts, I covered two of these in patterned paper and trimmed around.
Effective speedy embellishments.
Creative Photo Corners are added to the dotty paper.
Silk flowers with pink ink brushed over the tips of the petals and a length
of twine for the bow.  The sentiment is printed and the font is Edwardian Script.
Perhaps not a Valentine's card but a pretty Birthday card.

Good progress on getting ready for Birmingham, kits are complete and
demo projects nearly sorted.  Trip to hairdressers desperately needed - I am due to be told off,
I must not trim my own fringe!

Take care friends, I'm back tomorrow.

Hi Christine. This is another quick but beautiful card, I love the covered hearts and the flowers. Thank you for telling us the fonts that you use as it can be a real pain trying to find them otherwise : ) I'm glad that all of your prep is going well.
My fringe is in desperate need of a trim but I daren't try to do it myself as I would end up with it up by my hairline after trying to get it level!
Take care.

Good Morning Christine,
This card is just so beautiful, pretty papers, the flowers just make it perfect! How died you trim around the hearts so neatly? Mine would have looked so wonky!
I am so tired this morning, Paul is away so it was me that Milo had to pester at 5.10 this morning, such a persistent little thing, he has the loudest purr ever at that time of the morning! So a cup of tea and chocolate digestive in bed for a treat, I ate it on Paul's side too, as I am OCD about crumbs in the bed!
Have a great day everyone, I have my two besties coming over to craft today, can't wait Pat S(Witney) & Mrs B!
Love & hugs

Morning Christine, A very pretty card, it took me a while to 'see' the hearts hahaha, they look so different when covered.
I hope your trip to the hairdresser goes well, I always trim my fringe when it gets just that bit too long. I hope they don't tell you off !!
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Yes, very different to the previous creations. Lovely to see this pretty feminine one. I use Edwardian Script quite a lot. It's very elegant and suits lots of themes.

Lovely card Christine.

I wouldn't ever have the nerve to cut my fringe as I can never get it straight and I end up looking like a monk!
