Classes, The Woodland Cabin (and Bella!) is Famous!

Hello friends

I had a lovely time in Bury St Edmunds yesterday, I ignored the rain, sleet and snow!
I've never been before and after the class I took a quick look around the town,
it's lovely and reminds me very much of Canterbury here in Kent.
This is the shop and I immediately espied the new teal Grand Caliburs in the window!
A lovely group of ladies and it felt so good to be back doing classes.
If you have a craft shop near you that would be interested in a Spellbinders visit
then please let me know.  I quite fancy setting a bit of a craft shop challenge -
just how many can I visit in one year!?

The fame bit... :)
This magazine came out last week and I'm delighted that they have included
my woodland cabin in an article about craft spaces.

Here are some pictures of the article, not great quality I'm afraid as it was scanned
but you get to see the important stuff...Bella!

The magazine is full of lots of useful crafty info and you can order a copy here

Other news...

Ros asked yesterday if I will be stocking the dies that were on Create and Craft last week,
yes I will be.  Of course if there are any dies in particular you need/would like to pre-order
then please drop me an email.

I haven't announced the winner of this month's Charity Kit just yet...
they are still selling - I'm so pleased this one is popular and obviously every kit raises
that little bit more for the charity.  The winning ticket will be announced next week
along with last Sunday's Sentiment giveaway.

I think that wraps up the latest.
Please stop by tomorrow for FDD.
Take care friends.

Beautiful Bury St Edmunds, I love it there but have not been there for years.

Great pics of your cabin in the magazine and of Bella bless her. We have a craft shop near us who do demos etc so will have to have a word with them next time I go in I am sure they would love a visit from you. Must make it a Saturday thought so I can come and see you lol!

Hi Christine. Sorry I didn't leave a comment yesterday but I loved the card, it's great when it just comes together like that isn't it : )
Glad to hear that your trip and lesson went well. I'm sure everyone that joined you had a great time too. Any chance Oxford/Swindon will be on your list of places to visit?
What a lovely article, your cabin is looking so tidy and organised, at the moment : ) Have a good day. Take care.

Loved the pics Christine, I used to live in Norfolk, so Bury St Edmunds was a nice day trip out. The Cathedral is beautiful too, especially when they put all the kneelers up so that when you walk in to the back of the Cathedral, you are faced with hundreds of beautiful kneelers, all made in various parishes around. A great, crafty site to behold.

Heavens, what a post. Bury St Edmunds looks interesting - shame about the awful weather! I wish there was a craft shop near me, but on the other hand I enjoy browsing/buying from your website. Great magazine article - love your desk. Wish I could SEE mine. Well done on the January charity kit I'm pleased it was/is so popular. There are a few dies I'd like from the CHA releases can't remember what they're called though. I'll have to check back

Hi Christine
So glad you had a good day yesterday.
The cabin looks fab and of course no article about you would be complete without a photo of Bella. She looks gorgeous as always.
Take care

Hi Christine
Congratulations on your inclusion in the magazine. A nice big spread as well. I'm glad that you enjoyed your trip to Bury St Edmunds, the town does look nice doesn't it. We've only been through Suffolk and really not stopped to look at any of the towns.
