Tuesday Tip/Technique

Hello friends

Back in the swing of it today, Mondays is supposed to be my day off -
it never quite happens - I nearly always call into the shop!
But I did get to see a friend yesterday and we also celebrated
my mum's birthday last night with a nice meal.

Today's tip/technique is about stamping and heat embossing onto
your die cuts.  I've used Labels Four here, stamped with a script stamp and sprinkled
with WOW! embossing powder.

I used exactly the same technique here with Foliage

Again possibly a technique you already use so a reminder.

I've had a few emails regarding the Newsletter.
Please note, after you've completed the form on the website you will be sent
an email asking you to confirm that you would like to subscribe -
make sure you reply otherwise you are not on the Newsletter list.
I receive regular updates of those who subscribe and those who....
unsubscribe(!!) I do a little sob then!

Hope you are all having a good start to the week,
we are promised high temperatures -
fantastic for drying the washing but no fun doing the ironing!

Take care friends.

Gorgeous inspiration Christine - thanks for the tip.
My tip for ironing when it's hot and sunny is to do it outside - it's the only time I 'enjoy' doing it :o)
Have a fab day.

Morning Christine, thanks for the tip, it's good to be reminded to use other techniques. I do my ironing outside like Debs when the weather is nice too, I can't resist being in the sunshine.

Hi Christine. Thank you for the reminder, it is so easy to forget these simple things. I also iron outside when it is hot, love how I can, occasionally, have the whole lot back in the drawers and cupboards by the end of the afternoon : ) (doesn't happen often though!)Enjoy the sun while you can. Take care.

Hello Christine. Thank you for the reminder, it's a lovely way to create dimension and a bit of shine especially on the foliage. I think we might be in line for some thunderstorms. I hope the animals won't mind too much. xxMargaretxx

Morning Christine, Fabulous samples and fabulous tips, thank you.
I enjoy the sunshine, as we don't get a lot of it, I take advantage of it when we do get it haha. Although doing linedancing, as I do, I come out looking as if I've been in a Sauna haha !!
Enjoy your day.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Christine. Yes, I find it a bit sad too, that when the weather is going to be good we think about getting the washing done. Lol. If only it could be self-ironing! Janette X
