Quick Make Card No.4

Hello friends,
My final Quick Make card and this is my favourite one.
The decorative border reminds me of the tiered skirts that were a fad years ago.
Today is my friend Nicki's birthday so I'm dedicating this card to her.
(She did also get a real handmade card too!)
Tomorrow I will revealing the winner of the Classic Bracket Edgeabilities®
Have a great Sunday..I'm cooking the roast today so best I get organised!
