The sandable core will shine through the unique black and brown colors once it is sanded. Core’dinations has also teamed up with industry leading companies such as Pink Paislee, BasicGrey,
Graphic 45 and more to create new and unique pre-embossed cardstock that perfectly accents their patterned papers.

I'm delighted to share my project with you using both Spellbinders die templates and Core'dinations cardstock - a monochrome gift box and matching card.
As you can see I've sanded the surface to reveal the colour beneath.

I used the following die templates - Square Bracket Edge Box and Anemone Flower Topper.

But there is more!

Floral Flourishes Gift Basket

Today my thoughts are definitely gearing towards Christmas(!) but before I get completely carried away I would like to share a project I created for CHA earlier this year.  It encompasses Spring/Summer using the wonderful Floral Flourishes die templates.  I have managed to include a tiny element of Christmas as the flowers are created using Snowflake Pendants!  It proves how adaptable the die templates can be.

For all the details of this project please visit the Spellbinders™ Idea Gallery
it is a wonderful place to pick up ideas and inspiration.
Thanks for visiting.

Time to Think....

I'm happy to share with you today a layout I created for Spellbinders™ Paper Arts
I was thrilled that this was at CHA earlier this year.
This was one of the first occasions that I got my hands on the new Edgeabilities® and I was like a kid in a sweet shop!  Not only did I use Classic Scallop to the right of my photo but I cut and embossed a border with Classic Postage Stamp and used it as a mask.
All the details of this layout can be found in the Spellbinders Idea Gallery here.
Thank you for visiting me today.

Monday Morning Photos...

Happy Monday to you all!
I hope you all had a good weekend, mine involved crafting, gardening and cooking.
These two are not mine but paid me a visit while I was gardening.
Indoors for some crafting and Bella keeps me company.
She is growing but she looks super small on that chair!
My photos always seem to include animals....!
Have a good week.

Monday Morning Photos...

Okay - who stole the weekend?? I can't believe it is Monday already!
I'm managing to take a few shots each Monday,
I like that it keeps track of the little things that occur week to week.
Firstly, I have a super new storage unit (thank you darling Dad for building it).
It was a wonderful to have a good tidy up and get organised.
As you see Imogen thinks the new space is restful!

My Monday morning photos would not be complete without a Bella shot...
Her character is really developing now, she's got the heart of a lion and doesn't seem to be nervous of anything, including the hoover!

Finally, a flower - look at this stunning beauty growing in my sister's garden, I had to touch it as it looked so much like tissue paper.
Have a great week and come back soon.

A Potty Day at Pickleberry!

Today I was at Pickleberry Papercrafts tutoring my first Spellbindersworkshop and had a brilliant time.
I was joined by a group of lovely ladies and we spent the morning making wonderful flowers using the amazing Spiral Blossoms One die template.  We then used them to decorate handmade wooden trinket pots.
We chatted, ate cake and crafted - absolutely perfect!
Here are a few photos of their beautiful creations.

Thank you to Kate from Pickleberry and just to let you know I'm back there next month with another workshop.  This time we are making a Christmas advent box using the Square Bracket Edge Box die template.
All the workshop details can be found here.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
