What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!

Not so much a picture of my desk this week, more to the left of it! So it wouldn't be a Wednesday without a cat featuring somewhere! As soon as the sewing machine came out of the drawer she was in there!
As for projects - well a couple of posts back I worked on my 'Home' plaque - my very clever dad made the plaques (all 27 of them, he sort of got a production line going!) and I went to town with the papers - Fancy Pants - Roadshow and Prima flowers.  Picturing the finished plaque here ...

If you've been a visitor to my blog before you may have noticed this week it has had a revamp - only took about 4 hours! I have a serious affliction of pressing the wrong buttons at the wrong time - sorted eventually.

I'm off to a scrapbooking retreat this weekend, three heavenly days of scrapping, eating, bit of swimming if I find the time(!) and a bit more scrapping.  I hope to get lots done and feature my pages on here soon.
Have a good week everyone - keep warm :-)

That lovely cat looks so serious!
I love the sentiment on the plaque... "Sit quiet, do nothing" ... ok then I will.
BTW... that's the 3rd sewing machine I've seen already this week!

Enjoy your weekend, I am off on a craft weekend too (metal). Love your plaque - gorgeous colours that you have used.
My first cat used to do just the same, sit in anything - carrier bags, suitcases, anything that happened to take her fancy. Thanks for sharing your work and cat!

At one point today I had cats in both my filing trays and on top of my printer. It can't be comfortable!

You should sell those plaques - or give them to people as Christmas gifts. They are lovely. And what a top dad!

Your kitty is ace, I love how she pops herself into random places! I bet she's not scared of paper punches is she?!

beautiful work on the plaque, but I'm afraid I'd need another sentiment - never in a million years could I Do Nothing...if I sit down I knit sew or crochet or start altering the very thing i hold in my hands!!!!

Hi, Late again but still trying to make everyone. Lovely plaque your dad is very clever. Just love your cat, mine does the same only when I Get off my bed she hops on and tries to nestle in the warm space I left. The flowers on your project are divine. Hugs Jo.*88
