Hello friends

This week's Friday Die Day features 

Charming Tag Pocket.

One of Becca Feeken's Charming Christmas Collection dies

that set has been overlooked a little... by me!

I hadn't realised it has interchangeable insert dies (3 in total)

so you can make a variety of designs.

It's a 7 piece die set and the approximate measurements are:

Stocking Charm: 1.85 x 1.10 in 4.70 x 2.80 cm
Decorative Inserts (3 pcs): 2.00 x 1.55 in 5.10 x 3.90 cm
Tag: 2.50 x 4.30 in 6.40 x 10.90 cm
Pocket: 3.05 x 2.30 in 7.70 x 5.80 cm

I've used white card and die cut the outer tag, the pocket

and selected the scroll-like insert.

I did not emboss as it already put in the score lines 

to fold the pocket.

The inserts have an outer die, I cut an extra one as this can be placed

at the top of the tag panel for more decoration.

Folding over the three sides of the pocket along the score lines.

Sliding the tag into the pocket and fixing on the reverse.

I use Extreme Double Sided Tape - 1/8th inch.

Adding that additional die cut to the top panel,

you can of course mix and match or leave it plain for 

writing/stamping a sentiment.

I popped in a gift card, added twine, a mini poinsettia

and a reindeer charm (available in our latest Hope and Charm-ing Collection

Winter Woodland.

Really struggled with lighting this week to photograph projects

but hoping you get the gist!

Big Thanks and Woodland Winter

Firstly lots of thanks for your kind comments and messages

regarding my Mum.

She has also read them and is very touched.

Makes a lovely difference knowing people

out there have you in their thoughts and care so much,

big love and hugs to you all.

Today I'm in my cabin catching up with bits and bobs

including the latest Hope and Charm-ing collection

which is Woodland Winter.

I do like sourcing these charms, this time all things found

in the woods at winter - trees, leaves, deer, fox - unicorn?? Maybe!

This is our last mixed collection, which is always a bargain,

Some news...

Many of you know I create the monthly kits with the 
help of my lovely Mum, she is a demon die-cutter
as well as the best Bella Grandmother!

Unfortunately right now, she's quite poorly and undergoing
some treatment so I'm going to have to put the charity kits on 
hold for a little while.

I do have December's kit planned (it's fun and festive) 
and that will be available next Sunday. 

I'm so proud of how many kits we have created so far 
and the families we have helped at Ronald McDonald House.

Friday Die Day

It's Friday and it is festive!

I've got into a rather Christmassy mood this week with my visit 

to Waddeston Manor and Christmas Market.

I just need to get organised with buying gifts now!

This is Reindeer - and he's super cute!

There's quite a few die pieces to create his cuteness...

Hat: 2.30 x0.95 in 5.84 x 2.41 cm

Reindeer face: 1.45 x 1.65 in 3.68 x 4.20 cm

Reindeer ears: 0.60 x 0.55 in 1.52 x 1.40 cm

Nose: 0.85 x 0.65 in 2.16 x 1.65 cm

Antlers: 0.75 x 0.95 in 1.90 x 2.41 cm

Holly: 0.75 x 0.65 in 1.90 x 1.65 cm

Berries: 0.30 x 0.30 in 0.76 x 0.76 cm

I cut all pieces from watercolour card.

I coloured each piece using distress inks.

Assembled onto a Fancy Edged Oval with 3D Foam Squares.

Adding the nose and eyes.

An ivory card base with red mat.

Attached some striped paper horizontally and stamped a sentiment.

The finished card with holly and berries.

A Place Card and Day 2...

Hello friends

I've got a festive place card to share with you today created with 

Spellbinders and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

but I really want to mention the 3D Foam Circles are

so easy to glitter and make perfect flower centres.
