Jill of All Trades!

Hello friends

Firstly congratulations to Chris from Norfolk
who is the August Charity Kit winner - start to stalk your postman!

Also Pat asked yesterday what die created the pointed circle on the card, that is all
part of the Exquisite Circles die - there is 6 in the set and assorted circular shapes.
I've just sold my last one of these but always drop me an email and
I can order them in.

So did you all have a nice Sunday?
This is what I did.... (not craft related at all!)
With the help of Mitchell and my nephew James we laid a new greenhouse base for my
parents.  Dad had planned to do this before his accident and as he now needs to take
a while to recover and rest we wanted to get it done.
I discovered that I really liked laying block paving!
I'm rather impressed for a first attempt -
it doesn't wobble when you walk on it either!
Everything was overseen by the building inspector...
And there was a real sense of satisfaction when it was done.

Stop by tomorrow - it is definitely craft, Tuesday Tip/Technique.
Can it really be September already?!

Take care friends.

Hi know what you mean about enjoying such a task as I used to before my hands became less flexible. Looks like great weather down your way.

Morning Christine
Congratulations to Chris on winning the August Charity kit raffle.
Is paving going to be a new career then Christine? It looks very professional, my patio is looking rather tatty if you would like to travel north!! I suppose it could be classed as a craft. The weather looks wonderful - not like here - it was wet and murky for most of the day.
Enjoy your day, it's my first day back at work today. Hopefully it won't be too stressfull.

I do hope he is recovering well, please give him my best wishes) At least he will be able to get the new greenhouse organised once it's up. Bella looks so sweet. Have a good day. Take care.
