Autumnal Gift Tag

Hello friends

One of my projects appeared on the Crafty Power Blog yesterday,
an Autumnal gift tag.  Well, it must be a few days since I made a tag!
This really was a 'scrap' project, I often challenge myself to make something
from all the bits and bobs left on my craft desk.
I am also attempting to reduce my button stash, admittedly having only one button
on this project isn't really going to deplete my supplies but every little helps!
All the details to make the gift tag are here including step by step photos.

Have a great Saturday - it is tomorrow that I visit The Handmade Fair so hoping to
have photos for you beginning of next week.

Take care friends.

Good morning Christine,
A lovely tag again, they are a great way to use scraps, unfortunately my scrap box just seems to grow larger. I think I may have to set myself a challenge. We are taking my son back to Uni today, we will miss him, but I'm going to try and be brave. (No tears, well not in front of him anyway). Enjoy your day tomorrow at the Handmade Fair, I look forward to seeing the photos.

Morning Christine
A great tag - very seasonal. My scrap box never seems get any smaller not matter how hard I try. I thought I would be able to use up loads of scraps making flowers etc but I always forget to look it the box!!
Chris I know how you feel - we took my son to Uni last weekend and I was very brave until I got home. I miss him terribly.
Enjoy your weekend and I look forward to seeing them next week.

Lovely tag Christine. Like Chris my scrap box has gotten out of control and maybe some tags are the answer so thanks for the idea.
Have a good Saturday and a lovely day tomorrow.

Morning Christine,
A lovely tag, great way to use scraps. I sort my scraps into colours and store them in plastic wallets, I do find this helps to keep the pile down.
I have tried to leave a comment on the other site but for some reason it keeps rejecting it.

Hi Christine
I love all your tags , and this one is adorable, i love how you have left the overlap at the edges { why do i always snip mine off i am asking myself ? } as it gives the tag a lot more detail .

Enjoy the Fair
Tomorrow
Take Care

Hello Christine, gorgeous tag, love the papers and a great way to use scraps up. I now try to use scraps at the end of a project for a charity card as i ended up with boxes and boxes of scraps at one point. This way its win win, i get rid of scraps and my charity gains an extra card. Emma x
