Blog Posts! Posh Dining Table and more...

Hello friends
Bit of a long blog post today...
Firstly, a little peek into my world.  Keeping up with preparing a blog post
every day can be quite challenging but more so when this is how I have to
type all the time - a dog's nose resting on the edge of the keyboard!
Bella snuggles up on my lap but insists on having her head positioned in the most awkward
place but...silly me - I don't move her, I am so soft!!
So think of me every evening at around 10pm...this is what I'm doing!

I'm still going through my pictures of Chatsworth House and today sharing with you
Hansel and Gretel...a dining room set out with a gingerbread house and sweetie goodies.
What a fantastic table - if I placed one of those candelabras on my dining table nothing else would fit!
Now..finally some craft!
Yesterday's class went really well - we all had such a lovely time, I chat away nineteen to the dozen,
they probably go home to rest their ears!  We made a Christmas plaque, Christmas cards and
table favour boxes.  We ate cake, mince pies, chocolate, cheese straws and sipped Kir Royale!
This is a full photo of the plaque that I teased you with yesterday.
The papers are Simple Stories - Handmade Holidays and look... a Layered Poinsettia -
that makes a change doesn't it!! (It is official - I'm addicted to that die!)
The finished plaques and cards were lined up on the windowsill before
we moved on to more projects.
And a closer look at all the plaques....
I love how they are all slightly varied.

I'm back down my studio today crafting away to meet some serious deadlines.
Take care friends...oh yes, tree is still naked!!

Morning Christine

The christmas plaques are wonderful, bet everyone had a fabulous day.

Bella looks so cute with her nose on the table like that, no wonder you cant bear to move her, it will be nice for you to be able to take her to work with you

The dining table at Chatsworth looks wonderful, bet it takes ages to set up all these themes that they have

Maybe you could start a new trend, minimal christmas trees!! At least it wouldnt take ages to take down lol

Hope you meet your deadlines

Morning Christine, Awwww, Bella looks absolutely gorgeous perched with nose on the keyboard.
The gingerbread house at Chatsworth is huge, and the table looks stunning, I don't even have a big table (it now resides in my craft room ha ha), so maybe one candelabra could fit onto my breakfast bar ha ha.
Your class projects look absolutely gorgeous, I bet everyone really enjoyed themselves. I ordered some of the papers after you showcased them last time, they are beautiful.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Morning Christine,
Had to smile when I saw the photo of Bella it so reminded me of one of our old dogs she always had her nose in the dirt where my husband was digging, it was a wonder she never got spiked.
Looks like you had a fun day yesterday making the plaques.
As for the photos of Chatsworth its looks fabulous.
Have a good day.

Great photos of the dinning table. None of us would fit this into our dinning rooms, would we.
