Hello friends
I'm back from a wonderful weekend away - it was VERY cold! I took quite a few photos,
I'm sharing some with you today but, firstly craft!
Today's card featured yesterday on Scrapbook Adhesives Blog -
all the details and step by step photos are there if you have a minute to pop over.
I created this using papers and a transparency from Simple Stories - Handmade Holidays.
The reindeer is from Frosty Forms and you can see I've used
the waxed paper die cut too, placed that under the transparency as a sort of reindeer ghost!
I love that by positioning your die on patterned paper you can create different effects -
it looks like my reindeer has walked through snow!
I know 'Happy Holidays' isn't a greeting we tend to use over here, but I like it -
it makes me want to instantly start singing...Andy Williams!
Some photos now - first stop Chester.
Managed to buy a few Christmas gifts but spent a great deal of time admiring the
architecture and decorations - especially impressed with these spheres in a shopping centre.
Tomorrow some more photos including Chatsworth House and a photo faux pas!
Take care friends.

Great card Christine, love the 'ghost' :)
I see you were in my home town - Chester - it really is a beautiful city and a few years ago I took a Ghost Tour one evening which, when there are no crowds around, enables you to really appreciate the architecture.
ooh what a gorgeous card and a fab idea using the wax paper as a ghost. Those spheres are amazing! xx
