News and Where am I?

Hello friends
I received news yesterday that Elliott is going into hospital next Monday,
we all obviously feel jittery but relieved that things are moving forward.
He will have to have some tests beforehand but everything should go to the set time plan.
I want to reassure you all that if you place any orders through Amazon or
direct with me they will still be dealt with promptly.  My eldest son, Mitchell
(that tall lump of a lad in the photo above) has been in training (!) and is able to send everything out.
Also I will have my iPad and phone with me so no problem answering any crafty questions -
I know I will want to be occupied when I'm waiting at the hospital.

Also, I should have done this yesterday, circled on the Retreat picture where I was in the photo.
I've done that today and you can sort of see me sitting on the steps.

If you ever want a fantastic crafty weekend away look out for a Sugar and Spice Retreat.
Today's crafty offering....
Another very bright card using the papers from Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine this month.
frame that I placed at a jaunty angle.  The inner section I offset with a Classic Heart
and Classic Scalloped Heart die cuts.  Again teaming this bright paper with white cardstock
helped tone it down a little bit!
I'm craving something vintage with butterflies...let's see if I can oblige tomorrow.
Take care friends.

Morning Christine

What a lovely photo of your boys! I too will be thinking of you all on Monday and wish you and Elliot lots of strength and courage for the days ahead.
Mitchell will keep things running for you so that's one less worry for you.

It took me a long while to do myself but I like jaunty angles on cards! I like how you've used both parts of the rectangle.
Have a good day.

Wow Mitchell looks so much like you Christine, never noticed before but in today's photo it's obvious!
I have already experienced Mitchell's very swift and professional approach to Internet orders etc., He was fabulous, very fast and efficient , so please ladies do not hesitate in placing your orders!
The photo of your very handsome young men is so lovely, they look so happy together.
You did a good job of toning down those rather 'in your face ' paper's Christine , they are a little over the top for me! I wish they didn't make the free papers in magazines so shiny, I never use them. There are a couple of magazines one of which is called Making Cards and their papers are brilliant , like papers you would buy. Anyway my point was that you miraculously turn those papers into something lovely.
Crafty hugs,
Sandra x

Well. I know we don't know each other and probably never will, but I can still keep positive thoughts coming your way and give you and Elliott a virtual hug for good luck. Keep card making and crafting as it does help to keep one sane, but look after your boy too. We can manage without you for a bit and will all look forward to hearing some good news soon. xxMargaretxx

Undeniably believe that that you stated. Your favourite reason
seemed to be on the internet the easiest factor to take note of.

I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while other folks consider concerns that
they plainly do not know about. You managed to hit
the nail upon the highest and also defined out the whole thing without having side effect , people can
take a signal. Will probably be back to get more.

Thank you
