Hello friends,
So glad you enjoy Friday Die-Day, I like to come up with different ideas to keep my blog interesting,
many nights my head is buzzing with plans..just not quite enough hours in the day for me!
It's officially the weekend - what have you got planned?
How about we all buy rubber rings and snorkels for this ridiculous amount of rain we are getting!
On the upside it means we can stay in and craft...
Today's card is very neutral with hints of pink, looking at it now I could have easily have
found room for a butterfly - must have been having an 'off' day!
Eyelet Circles are my chosen die with a strip of border punch and simple layering.
The paper is Pebbles Inc - Country Picnic Collection - really rather pretty!
I am back tomorrow with something...mmm not quite sure yet...think I better get back to my crafty space!
Have a great day friends, take care.

Hi Christine, I love this card, simply design but really effective, and I just love neutral colours. Lucky me, I am crafting today at a local crop, I just love the 'Me Time' I get when I go crafing.
enjoy your Saturday!

Yep,rain rain and more rain!!My son`s desperate to play footie in the garden, but it is like a bog with all this rain!So were going to plant some cress and pumpkin seeds and maybe do a card for his auntie`s birthday.

Hi CHristine. Again a gorgeous selection of papers, and so understated - even the sentiment which sits so well in the overall design. This weekend will be spend in the greenhouse repotting peppers, tomatoes and other lovely goodies; much too cold and wet for any outside gardening. Have a good week-end to one and all, Anne x
Morning Christine
What a pretty card. I have those circles and had forgotten how nice they are.
I bought a cd tower yesterday and sorted all my dies into cd and dvd cases and now I can see at a glance exactly what I have.

Hello Christine and everyone, this card is lovely. I have been sorting out my craft room this morning and will be shopping later. I hope to craft tomorrow in between housework - I know what I would rather be doing...so I probably will.

I admire your ability to resist putting a butterfly on Christine, but it is really pretty even without one! I have been to Ikea today to get an extension to my desk - just hope it fits now that we have got it home.......Anne x

Hi Christine,
it is quite a feat sometimes isn;t it trying to get the balance right on our blogs. I am like you, I want to mix it up a bit, mind you that's probably 'cos I am a bit mixed up myself...lol!!
Good luck with it, whatever direction it takes you sweetheart. You are doing a lovely job and I love popping by to see.
I have an idea, that may be useful (or not) how about a stencilling tutorial. Show us the various ways to use the dies to stencil (ie: through a die, between two dies, using ink and embossing powder, using versamark and micas etc... Anything there that will help? Can;t you tell thats the things I love!! lol..
Lovely card again. Thank you. Linda xx
Hi Christine, A beautifully simple card, really pretty papers, sometimes its the more subtle cards that stand out, I seriously haven't seen a card that you have made that I don't like!
This weekend I plan to organise my crafty stash, I have some sturdy binders which I am planning to decorate and store my spellbinders in and some florists foam to stick all of my hat pins etc in!
How do you store your Spellbinders?
I have been desperately trying to track down the Bitty Blossoms die and I can't get hold of it, have you any ideas where I might try?
Huge Crafty warm hugs,
Sandra xxxx
Absolutely gorgeous soft colours - I have the punch you have used but never think to use it - I must get it out xx
Nice card.
