Nordic Blooms

Hello friends

We have had a mini melt here in the South East but still evidence of
the white stuff around.
How is it where you are?
Yesterday it looked like someone had sprayed the trees with snow,
just like a film set.  Pretty but come on now -
we need Spring!

And venturing into something Spring-like,
today's card uses Nordic Blooms - without mirror card!!
(I still keep thinking it needs a little bit of mirror card though).

I do like the symmetry of these dies and using black card mats
works well.
Pretty flowers in a row.

There are many optional flower heads to make a good combination of flower designs.

And they of course lend themselves to paper piecing.

Nordic Blooms is in stock and on the website here.
I'm back in my crafty cabin today getting ready for more
Hochanda shows next month.
Looking forward to showing you those items soon.

Take care friends and this is Bella's answer to dealing with the snow...

Beautiful card and dies set Christine. We had horrendous gales and snow on Saturday, it kept on blowing the bins over and blew a fence panel out. Yesterday we had no more snow thank goodness, it is thawing slowly x xhazel

Hi Christine,
Love your card and like the use of Black Card.
Our snow has nearly gone here in Norfolk, but a lot of ice around still. We froze on Saturday at NCFC, it took me all night before I stopped shivering and thawed out properly. At least they won though.
Looking forward to seeing what you are doing for your next Hochanda shows.
Keep warm.

Hi Christine
Great idea of Bellas retiring to the sofa 🛋 on these snowy days.
Seem to have missed the last couple of days. Great circles and love today’s flowers. I’m glad you enjoyed the NEC.

Very pretty card and I also love your "peeled paint"surface behind! Sunny here with no wind, Can't believe it but think Bella has got it right - just sleep until Spring really does arrive. x

Hi Christine, Awwww everything is good in Bella's world, she looks gorgeous and so content.
A lovely card.
We still have some of the 'white' stuff here too, the majority has gone but there's still some in my garden, but it is freezing temperature-wise here.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Christine. I'm with Bella, curl up and don't go out unless you have to. Our snow has gone here in Nottinghamshire thank goodness, but apparently more is forecast. Noooooo.
Love these dies and will be breaking my no spend at some point to buy them. Could be an early Easter present!
Crafty hugs
