It looks like a fountain!

Hello friends

Today it's Kurbits 2 or as I'm calling it the 'fountain die'.

This die set really lends itself to paper piecing
and I favoured inserting darker and toning colours for this card.

Again that mirror card makes an appearance,
I fear I alone have depleted world resources of mirror card recently!

Kurbits 2 is in stock on the website and available here.

Thank you for your suggestions for charity kits, very grateful
and it looks like I may be going down the gift bag route soon-ish.

Also...if you subscribe to our website emails you will hopefully be updated
regarding the 'snowy orders'
(that's what we are calling them, orders placed before and during the snow).
If not, I'll quickly recap here.
If you are waiting for a 'snowy order' (excluding pre-orders),
despite us processing them our mailbags
apparently sat in the cold local Post Office until the little red
van could come and pick them up - hurrah, they are on their way...

or so we thought!

But sadly no, it appears that when there is an incident of "inclement weather"
Royal Mail's system is that as soon as they are back at work, they deal with
current mail and they get to the backlog "as soon as they can".
This means that if you placed a second order during the thaw that is likely
to arrive before the first order.

It's not ideal at all and so sorry!
Sadly the situation is out of our hands.  The majority of mail is now
finally being dealt but we are sad and Elliott will tell you
that I've been angrier than an angry thing!

Truly hope you will understand and, as always,  if you require any further
information please do not hesitate to get in touch via the website or email
hope-chances@live.co.uk

Phew...now let's think of something nice - oh yes
please stop by tomorrow it's Giveaway Day.

Take care friends.

Hi Christine
Another great card, it's great that these dies can be used to colour and paper piece in so many different combinations, and the gold backing really sets them off. I'm hoping my Charity will arrive today, love the photo of Bella 🙄 Lol.

Hi Christine - the fact that you offer free postage is amazing and you can't be held responsible for the weather or the idiosyncrasies (good word for a Tuesday!) of Royal Mail. Your doggy has every right to look confused but I'm sure things will get back to normal soon. Lovely card today anyway. x

Hi Christine, A really lovely card. I can't believe that the Royal Mail are adopting that attitude, surely they should be dealing with the backlog first !! It is not quite fair but I can sort of understand why they are doing what they are doing, but it isn't fair on the people who are waiting for their mail. Let's hope they get their 'act together' and get it sorted.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
