A Cottage by the Sea

Hello friends
Warm enough?
I think we've been blessed with a heatwave to make up for the truly awful Winter that we had.
I do find it is difficult to get things done in this heat, sometimes you just have to
give in and sit down in the garden with a good book...and that is my attempt
at a link to this gem below!
Carole Matthews has kindly donated to the raffle a hardback edition of A Cottage by the Sea.
 She has signed it too!
I've mentioned before, I met Carole many years ago on a writing course and I've
followed her road to success ever since.
Her books are funny, uplifting and very hard to put down!

Raffle tickets are still for sale and following the event on Saturday please stop by
my blog every day for 'Winner's Week!'

Now for a little tease...I know, I'm terrible at teasing! But if you have a moment
just click here - it is definitely on its way soon!

Take care friends and remember your sun cream!

Another fantastic item for the raffle. Beautiful weather in Southport(its full of trippers & holiday makers). I'm off to work for 10am so i'll miss most of them-only another 5 days to go...!! Website looking good, can't wait to see it all set up. All 3 of you (&Bella) must be shattered, all the work you're doing-enjoy the sunshine.

Good morning Christine. Have had a lazy day thus far, but off to my grandsons' birthday party this afternoon. I understand they were given very large water guns as presents so I think I need to err on the side of caution and take a change of clothes with me! Looking forward to seeing the new website that Mitchell has designed. Have a great weekend. Anne x

Morning Christine,
Another great prize for the raffle, when you mentioned some time ago that you had met Carole I got a couple of her books on ebay, very enjoyable, just the sort of bedtime reading I like.
Enjoy the sun, too hot for me.
Hope Ellioy is getting used to the injections.

Now to go and hang the washing out, and have another cuppa in the garden.

Christine
Received my kit on Thursday last - thanks to you, Mitchell and Elliott for all your hard work and dedication. The kit is fabulous and myself and my 2 girls Kathryn(15) and Marguerita(12) are putting the tag book together and will take photo's on our upcoming trip to put into the tag book. The prizes for the draw are astounding so more tickets will be purchased pronto.
