My Thoughts Today and Winner!

Hello friends
So what is going on with the weather??  Snow blizzards - my daffodils are about to flower and now
they are covered with snow!  I managed to get to the studio yesterday but I recommend
we all stay in the warm and craft.
Talking of craft - how about a little book?
This is a project I created for Spellbinders and it has just appeared in their Idea Gallery.
It is a 'thoughts' or 'mood' book with tabs, happy sad etc.
The idea is that you can grab it and have tabs to match what you need to write.
I decorated the cover using the Flourish Trim Die D-Lite and using Spellbinders foils.
I do have a limited amount of foils in the shop and more arriving soon.
I love how two pieces of the Flourish Trim align to each other.
Now I need to announce a winner of the A2 Curved Borders One.
I asked Bella to stick her nose in the cup of winners and take out one...she managed to
rummage in the cup and flick one up onto her head!
Honestly it couldn't have happened like that if you planned it.
It was decided we should honour the 'head' winner and that is....
SALLY (Irvin)
Congratulations - please drop me an email so I can organise getting the dies to you.
Oh yes..I was asked yesterday what box die I used for the trio of boxes it is
Square Petal Top Box.
Take care friends - I'm back tomorrow.

Good morning Christine,
your book would make a lovely present.
Let's hope that we won't get any more of the white stuff. My magnolia is out in flower and looks strange with snow on it. Doesn't do the flowers much good, either.
HAVE A GOOD DAY

Oooh, congrats to the winner, but I wish it had been me! That is the best way of using that flourish die I have seen, I wasn't ever keen on it's asymmetric shape, somehow.

Morning Christine, What a brilliant idea and the front of your book is so beautiful.
Congratulations to Sally, you lucky lady, enjoy your new dies.
Lets hope this weather improves, I thought we had missed it yesterday, but no, we got it at lunchtime and eveningtime, and it is bitterly cold. Bring on Spring and Summer, I've had more than enough of this cold weather, brrrr.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Christine, I can see many uses for this book.I am thinking as a keepsake. All my daughters have yearly boxes with bits in and the book may jog their memories as to the meaning of the items in the box

We have escaped the snow here in the Fens but very cold and windy. Keep warm and craft. X Ros
