Anniversary

Hello friends

A simple frame design card today, cream card base and spotty card for the frame.
I've then added Sprigs and Flower Play.
You can see here I've used the matching Flower Play stamps.
I really like the stamped effect on the die cuts, I'm now thinking black on coloured card
would look effective so watch this space...!
I tied double twine for the bow...this is as fussy as my bows get :)
The Flower Play dies and matching stamps are available here.

Thank you again for all your kind comments regarding Elliott and his MRI,
still waiting to hear from the hospital but chasing it up today.
I have discovered a hospital in London that has an alternative machine so
possibly another option and much closer to home!
Fingers and toes crossed.

Loving the sunshine, it was time for Spring cleaning the cabin yesterday -
Dad spruced up the windows for me...excellent service don't you think?!

Take care friends.

Morning Christine
Gorgeous cards today, the stamped flowers look very effective and I imagine would look more so in black!
My husband too is unable to have MRI scans. A few years ago, his doctor at the Royal London, Whitechapel, arranged for him to have an open sided scan at a private clinic in Harley Street. This was a great alternative for him and done under the NHS. Hope Elliot is able to have the same.

Morning Christine,

Beautiful card.

Hope all goes well with you chasing up at the hospital, I find them hopeless of late why we cannot have a system like they have in France I don't know, you only wait an hour for the results of a scan there not 2 weeks-2 months like here. Hope its good news.

Love & hugs

Good morning Christine
Lovely anniversary card today. The stamped die cut look very effective - I wonder if you could heat emboss them? Gold embossing on black card would look stunning.
I hope your quest for Elliott goes well. There must be so many people who have similar issues with MRI scans so solutions must be available.
Enjoy your day.

Your Dad obviously likes to keep busy. My pokey tool has pride of place in my desk, it's almost too lovely to use!

Hi christine,
I am so glad to hear you hope to be able to change Elliott's MRI scan.
When my husband had his in the open sided scanner,I was able to stay with him throughout as he was so nervous so ask if you can do the same.

As for your dad, is he available to travel with his window cleaning kit????
Love the card, who says they have to be covered in flowers and ribbons and going!!!
Hugs
Linda😊

Good luck with organising an alternative scan, London would be good. Your card is lovely, I love spotted backgrounds. What a lovely Dad you have, if he isn't too busy, could you send him round, my windows need a bit of a clean.

Good morning Christine,
What a stunning little card, I love it Christine, thank you for yet more amazing inspiration?
Let's hope that they allow Elliott access to the open MRI, it is so much less claustrophobic and stressful, after all he has been through more than most young men could deal with, such an amazing young nan!
Keep pushing for what you want for him Christine persistence does pay off!
Love & hugs
