Gift Card...Card!

Hello friends
Have any of you started Christmas shopping yet?
I do have difficulty deciding what to buy certain friends and family and on those occasions
I opt for a gift card.  I make it a little more special by creating a gift card..card!
This one features Layered Poinsettia (of course!), Labels Twenty Two
and the delicate edging is created with Lacy Doily Accents.
I'm counting down the days until I get the keys to my new studio/shop,
I walk past it most days and I'm just itching to get inside and start organising.
I've only just realised that our tourist centre features a photo on their website of the High Street -
my new place is actually painted red in this picture.
Can you tell I'm a tad excited!!?
Also thrilled to tell you all that I'm going to be teaching a workshop on 26 January at
all the details and booking info can be found here.
I visited The Artistic Stamper this week, wow what a lovely shop and workplace -
Jennie's other half is a DIY, tea maker and cake server extraordinaire!
(I did enquire whether I could hire him!)
The Craft Store and Art Bar is based near Faversham but within very easy reach from the M2,
just a couple of miles from the Faversham junction.
Jennie Boxall who is The Artistic Stamper runs a brilliant blog too.
It's that London job thing today...queue sad face!
Still, not long till the weekend.
Take care friends.

Morning Christine, What a fantastic idea, this would work also for a pocket for putting money in aswell. I love the colours you have used and also the dies you have used, without doubt the 'poinsettia' die is my favourite of all, I love the lace borders too.

Morning Christine

I love your gift card card. I do give gift cards and money to most of my friends and family now, they can choose what they want to buy. The post office gift card is brilliant as you can use it in loads of different shops. No connection with the post office lol

Your new studio looks so full of character Christine, when do you move there?
Hope your day in London passes quickly. I am hoping to be there next Thursday and maybe buy some christmas pressies

I'm feeling a tad excited for you and looking forward to inside the shop photos when you get the keys. You can do before and after.

Hi Christine,
I seem to be the only one that's not getting the picture of your work.
I get it when I click on it to get a closer look.
In any rate such a lovey idea, and wonderfully made.
Your shop looks as if it's in a real good place. No wonder your getting excited.
Have a wonderful crafty day.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Hi Christine,
Love, love, love the gift card idea, I have for the past few years tried to come up with different ideas for gift vouchers, cards and money that we tend to give family and friends for pressies. This one will certainly feature for Christmas re: the adults. Just have to come up with one for the Grandchildren now!
Excitement is catching, cant wait for 'I've got the keys/I'm in the studio' blog day. Enjoy work these next two days, it brings you ever closer to weekend!

Very interesting post I like it guys I also share with you some tips hope you like it A business card is an entrepreneur’s best friend, his most valuable marketing tool and an essential element to becoming UNFORGETTABLE. Unfortunately, too many people have business cards that simply blend into the multitude of cookie cutter crap. And that’s a shame, because a business card is more powerful than you think.ID Card Maker
