Friday Die Day

Hello friends

 

This week's Friday Die Day features Ringlet Round,

it is one of the Romancing the Swirl dies designed by Becca Feeken.

 

This is a four piece die set and the approximate measurements are:

 

Frame Outline: 5.05 x 5.05 in 12.80 x 12.80 cm

Frame Pattern: 4.82 x 4.82 in 12.20 x 12.20 cm

Inside Frame Outline: 2.54 x 2.54 in 6.50 x 6.50 cm

Ringlet Accent: 2.14 x 2.30 in 5.40 x 5.80 cm

 

 

I've used an ivory card blank and then matted silver foil card and patterned

paper - you may spot I've already cut out a centre piece for my card.

 

 

I then die cut both dies from Ringlet Round using gold mirror card and ivory card.

 

I've added the gold mirror card mat behind the patterned paper just to

create thin parallel strips.

The Ringlet Round has the gold mirror card as a drop shadow.

 

I then proceeded to add the patterned paper cut from the middle

and layer the second die in this set, again with a gold drop shadow.

 

To decorate I added ribbon and a flower made using Cinch and Go Flowers III.

 

 

I'm enjoying making these layered designs, it truly showcases these dies.
