The Return of the Butterfly!

Hello friends
A busy but very enjoyable day yesterday - always fun to catch up with TV land.
HUGE thanks to those who emailed into the studio, I saw familiar names and
it made me feel so much at home - I'm blessed to know you.
A warm welcome to my new followers - thank you for visiting and I promise you
plenty of Spellbinders - a daily dose in fact!

Today a kraft card featuring a stunning butterfly from Butterfly Corner,
layered Gold Labels Four and Splendid M-Bossabilities folder.
No sentiment, bows or twine on this card as I just wanted to focus directly on the
new dies and that gorgeous butterfly, the stencilling through draws out all the detail.
Plus I'm loving the clever debossing with the 'Imperial Gold' dies.
Today I'm in the studio with six lovely ladies for the Grand Dies and Nestaboard Notebook class.
As mentioned, I'm running this class again on 17 March - just click on 'Spellbinders Academy'
in the sidebar for more details.
As soon as the class finishes I'm dashing to the train station to get to Birmingham.
Excited to be attending the trade show and I suspect I will have no trouble sleeping at the hotel...
aside from missing Bella of course...and the boys!
I will be scheduling some posts for when I'm away but I've got my faithful iPad with me
to catch up with comments and emails - I never like to feel too far away.

Take care friends.

Morning Christine

Thanks for the lovely shows yesterday, really enjoyed them.
I'm hoping to make a couple of cards myself today, that's if Brody( not such a little pup now) will allow me. He now weighs 11.45kgs, and only 41/2 months old I'm beginning to wonder how big he will be fully grown. Anyway I real enjoy your blog everyday and take inspiration from all your creations. Have a good day today, and have a safe journey to Birmingham.

Love Kim x

Hi Christine. What a pretty card today. So like the butterfly.

The shows were all great yesterday. I love watching Loen, she's such a bubbly character. I did try to e-mail all the shows to say how special you are but sadly something went wrong and they couldn't be sent. Don't know whether it was my end or theirs.

Have a great time in Birmingham.

Hi Christine - loved the shows yesterday - although I'm eager to start a new project aka one of your tags... no crafting for me today as the family are coming for Sunday dinner, which will be lovely as I don't see them very often (they live a good distance away). Enjoy your class and Birmingham.

Really pretty card today, i do love kraft card.
With regards to Hazels post, I had the same problem with my Grand Callibur about a year ago and luckly my supplier replaced it.
Have a fab time today Christine with the ladies and at Birmingham. Enjoy.

Hi Christine, I hope you class goes well today, what a busy lady you are, yesterday on tv demo'ing, today teaching a class, tomorrow Birmingham Trade Show, I don't know how you fit it all in, I salute you.
Your shows yesterday were fantastic, I loved everything you showed us. Your card today and the sample that the class will make are stunning.
I was busy organising some more of my Spellbinders yesterday, putting them onto strips of magnetic sheets and then sticking them in the centre of the folders, then they reside in a hanging file.
Hope you manage to get some 'me' time when you are on the train.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
