Pretty pretty!

Hello friends,
So who made it Thursday so quickly?  It means I'm trekking back to my City job for two days -
goodness that comes around far too quickly.
I am sharing with you today the vintage project I made at Pickleberry Papercrafts.
These are created from wooden stamp blocks painted with Gesso.  Then they are inked, stamped with gorgeous bird cages, dress forms, butterflies and then adorned with tiny pearls, lace and more.
There should be six but I haven't quite finished... !
They could be used to hold a little card, photo or ATCs spelling out the word CREATE.
I've used a tiny bit of border punch here and then stamped.
 Such a pretty birdcage...
Back tomorrow with a little tease..
Have a lovely Thursday blog friends.

Good Morning Christine,
Everytime I remove the rubber from my wooden backed stamps, (I prefer it that way for easy storage) I put them aside or in the bin and wish I could think of a clever use for them. Well now you have a fabulous idea that would make such a lovely gift and I would be upcycling instead of just throwing them into the recycling. Thank you for that and being so pretty, they would be gratefully received by anyone I am sure. I can even see these as a wall hanging: imaging them displayed at different levels across the wall with a few different cards hung 'to show off' and then changed as you desired. Or, how about changing them with letters, as you say, for a particular season. eg- NOEL or LOVE. You could use as many or few as you desire, even hanging them in blocks of layers eg:- 3x3 with invisible fishing line. My mind is racing now with possibilities.
You are such a clever lady. I will never throw these away again, I will save them ready for little gifts. You can tell I'm excited can't you, I am waffling. Thank you so much for this idea (ideas).
Can't wait to see the 'tease' you have for us. Have a great day.
Hugs Linda x
