Calling Number 317

Hello friends

Just stopping by to shout out number 317!
Please check your July Charity Kit to see if you have the lucky number.
I have lots of goodies waiting to be posted out :)

STOP PRESS!
NEWS JUST IN....
Congratulations Beverley - goodies are on their way to you!

I hope you all had a great weekend, I donned my chauffeur hat mostly as both
boys needed lifts - Elliott out drinking, (oh yes he's certainly grown up now!)
and Mitchell and his girlfriend attended Hyper Japan at the O2 Arena.

So this is all new to me - an incredible craze for all things Japanese including
their animated films and apparently you dress up as the characters...
here they are as Kuroko and Momoi...(whoever they may be!)
Mitchell had to look as young as possible for his character and I think
he achieved it well!

You certainly get a few glances from other drivers when you've got these two in the back!

And back home, this is the happy pair without the outfits and wigs!

I was treated to a Japanese Mochi cake (chocolate rice cake) -
absolutely delicious, no photos - I ate it too quickly!

So a non craft post today but back soon with something definitely crafty.
Have a great start to the week.

Take care friends.

Good mo9rning - on a wet and gloomy Monday morning.
Mitchell and his young lady certainly look the part - hope they had a good time.
Mum's come in handy as chauffeurs - I'm still doing it sometimes and my youngest is 47!

Hi Christine
A lovely photo of Mitchell and his young lady. I bet you did get a few funny look as you were driving them. Elliot out drinking, my word doesn't time fly by. We mainly ferry grandchildren about.

Hi Christine. Sorry that lately I haven't been able to comment due to internet problems but I have now caught up with all of your beautiful projects and posts.
I love the pics of Mitchell and his pretty girlfriend. Great fancy dress : )
And Elliott out "out on the Razz"! Where do the years go? I hope he had a good time too. Mum's do come in very handy sometimes don't they! I bet you are just so thankful and feel it's wonderful to be able to be doing these normal things after the last few years of Elliotts' illness, isn't it.
Congratulations Beverley, enjoy your goodies : )
Take care xx

Interesting, what crazes are going around, isn't it - I doubt if I could ever keep up these days, but then I am nearly as old as Methuselah!
