A Lot of Natter!

Hello friends
As mentioned as a post script on my blog yesterday - yes the Tool n'One has
arrived - I don't think I've ever been so relieved to see a parcel!
They have all been posted out to those who pre-ordered but I promise another
batch is on its way (good job too as I haven't got one!)
I've received a few requests asking me to let crafters know when they are
back up on the website - not a problem, just drop me an email.

Elliott was a huge help in organising the sending of them.
He looks tired, he isn't sleeping quite so well at the moment (not me overworking him!)

The Knit and Natter yesterday was a great success, met lots of new lovely ladies.
Cakes were a plenty and I promised them all they were calorie free!
Well....wouldn't that be nice!
Here are the first group who arrived (my Mum serving cake),
at one point we ran out of chairs!
Thank you to those who visited and I very much look forward to seeing you
again - in fact next month!  We decided this should be a monthly event so check
back soon for the list of dates.

No crafty project today I'm afraid, I spent the day in the shop joining knitted squares!
The sun is shining and we really need that for the Bank Holiday -
I hope you are enjoying your long weekend - what are you up to?

Take care friends.

It's been dull and damp here so far Christine, and I have a chest infection, so I'm staying in bed for a while. At least I can keep in touch with everyone via my laptop, and not spread the bugs around. (And cyber cakes ARE calorie free, so everyone here can tuck into the leftovers. So glad your knit and natter went well.

Hi Christine, It looks like it was a really fun day yesterday. Knitting and cake - lovely.
As I was unable to join you I did so in spirit and I have some more squares to send to you. I'll pop them in the post on Tuesday.
Like Mrs B my ironing basket is beckoning :( but I'll put on a good DVD and plough my way through it.
Enjoy the sunshine (it's very grey and overcast here)
