Flowers or Tea Cups and Pet Gallery!

Hello friends
Pinch - punch - first of the month!!
Today a tag within my Domestic Goddess feature in this month's edition of
Cardmaking and Papercraft Magazine.
I wanted to show that dies have so much versatility - these are Nested Tea Cups
turned upside down and now pretty tulip like flowers!
Papers are Happy Days from Papermania.
This design would be fantastic for anyone that likes sewing as it features the buttons, scissors etc.
Talking of sewing...I've been asked to review a couple of sewing books.
They will be popping up on my blog very soon - do not fear those of you who are not keen on
sewing - I've discovered some handy info that crosses over brilliantly with using dies!

I think the idea of a Pet Gallery has gone down well so I'm planning to make that happen!
I will work out a day each week when we can 'showcase' a pet (craft will still be included of course!)
In between, if you have a photo of your cat, dog, hamster, budgie, goldfish, goat...any pet at all!
then please feel free to send to christine.emberson@blueyonder.co.uk
Remember to include some pet details - name, age, funny habits/stories.

To start the ball rolling....

Name: Imogen Emberson
Age: 12 years
Imogen fact: I may look beautiful but I can be totally evil at times!
I suddenly feel like Johnny Morris from Animal Magic - some of you may have to Google him!

It is that Thursday - London job today...in December I'm taking a week off from London,
that's not too far off is it!?
Take care friends.

Hi Chriistine. Lovely idea with the tea cup.

I'm definitley old enough to remember Johnny Morris! If I can get one of my six animals to sit still long enough I'll take a photo and send it in.

Morning Christine, I absolutely LOVE your tag, the colours on the papers are beautiful and soft, the paper is going on my Wish List, I love it, and the nested tea cup die-cuts look gorgeous upside down, I would never have thought of that ha ha !!!
Imogen is absolutely GORGEOUS, she is sitting there in 'all her glory', she is so beautiful. I am getting all worked up now in anticipation of fireworks night, my two cats are terrified when they are all going off around us, I'm dreading it...........
Have a good day at work, it will soon be tonight !!
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Christine,
What a clever use of the teacup dies I would never have known.
Very pretty tag.
As for Imogen she looks like the queen of the house does she rule the roost?
Hope your day in London is not too stressful.

Hi Chris, Once again you have come up with a good use of a die in a different way. The "tulips" look great. I will certainly add my wonderful dog Rolo to your gallery.

Love your tag Christine! Gorgeous picture of the cat and the calubur as well! I will have to send photos of my 'girls' - trouble is they won't pose all together so you may get a couple to choose from! Carole Z X
