Tons of thanks...

Hello friends
It is 1 February!  What happened to January??
What a wonderful response to FDD!
Thank you all so much.
I will pass on your thanks to Elliott too because he is the genius behind the video,
it is the first of many and not just Friday Die Days, lots of tutorials on their way too.

There were a few questions, the little leaves I used through the trellis yesterday
are Sprigs.  I've just sold the last one but more are on their way so
please check back to the website mid-week.
The tiny flowers are from Homespun - this is a retired die set but I am still able to
special order it.
Cherry Blossom would work perfectly too.

Also thank you for Mitchell's birthday wishes.
He had a lovely day at the Harry Potter Studios, here is the birthday boy opening some gifts.
Yes, that is doughnut wrapping paper!

For something crafty today...
a little frame I made some time ago.
I have begun to notice these little box frames popping up in bargain stores for £1 or
just a little more.  With the addition of some pretty paper and flowers it costs
less than a birthday card and what a special gift.
The flowers are a real favourite of mine - Bitty Blossoms with pearls placed in the middle.
Enjoy your Saturday, the sky is still leaking here!
Take care friends.

Good morning Christine. Another great Idea, it really does set off the bitty blossoms. I must say that Elliott is doing a great job with the website and the tutorials.
Weather is pretty bad here in West Wales, but it won't dampen our spirits as we head off to Cardiff for the Rugby International. Anne x

Hi Christine. The decorated frame is a great idea, so much nicer (and cheaper!)than the store bought offerings. Elliott has really found his niche with the website developments hasn't he? Keep up the good work Elliott, I pop over to the website regularly to see what you've added.Enjoy the weekend, hugs for you all,

Morning Christine
Lovely photo of Mitchell, how he's changed from the photo you posted of the boys yesterday on FB! 😄
Love your project today, it certainly would make a lovely gift. Think I can see there being a rush on purchases of these frames now!
The rain has stopped here at last, plenty of it overnight.
Have a good weekend.

Morning Christine,
We have a big orange thing in the sky this morning, can't think what it might be, joking aside the rain was terrible throughout the night and now it's a lovely morning.
Great photo of Mitchell, hope he was thrilled with what was inside.
Love your idea for the box frame, lovely gift idea.

Hi Christine, I've seen a few people have been using these £1 frames to alter recently and yours is gorgeous, but we must not live near the right outlets because I've not been able to find them! :( Love the donut wrap! Carole Z X

Morning Christine, beautiful picture gift, I also love the bitty blossoms and use them all the time. Think we will be wading by the end of the day with all this rain, so I hope everyone stays dry. Emma x

I've had bitty blossoms die since before Christmas, and still not got round to using it. I wish I could find those frames here in Ireland, it really galls me.

Hi Christine, Yes, the sky is leaking here too, I thought it was going to be a lovely day as it started off quite frosty and then the sun came out for a second, then everything changed and it is raining and dark and dank again.
Elliott is doing a fabulous job with the website, such a clever and gorgeous young man.
So glad that Mitchell had a good day at HPS, I notice he has opened a prezzie with my favourites in Haribo, I adore the Tangfastics.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Lots of love from Patricia xx
