Muddy!

Hello friends
It stopped raining yesterday - hurrah!
In fact the sun was shining so it was definitely time to take Bella to the woods.
More storm damage, it is a little bit like an obstacle course now!
Thank goodness for wellies - seriously muddy!
And my favourite part of the woods where I take a photo.
The farmer's lane. No leaves left on the trees now and the track is very wet.
Can you spot the difference...? There is a little muddy Bella in this photo..!
Today I am working on Spellbinders projects and writing a long list of
jobs for Elliott - he starts working for me tomorrow...!  (Cruel harsh mother!)

For something crafty today, I thought I would look for a winter-inspired project
and found a Christmas card - so either I'm late or very early!
Untraditional muted grey/blue colours. The papers are Kaisercraft - Turtle Dove Collection
and the dies are Create A Flake Three - these can be found here.
Take care friends, hope you are having a lovely weekend.

Good morning Christine,
Aaah Bella looks so tiny in the Farmer's Lane. I love your Christmas card and the lovely soft colours you have used. I didn't get around to making many Christmas cards for last year, although I had spent a lot of money on my stash, maybe I should start now for this year, LOL. Enjoy your Sunday, and Good Luck for work tomorrow to Elliott.

Morning Christine,
Lovely card, if not the normal colours for Christmas. It was nice to see the sun yesterday, we have a very heavy frost this morning but the sun is out.
You must be pleased to be able to get back to normal. Keep that Elliot busy looking forward to seeing what he does to the web-site.

Hi Christine. Great shots of the woods etc. It is frosty and sunny here today too. Lovely Christmas card. Good luck to Elliott in his new job, I hope his boss is kind to him and doesn't work him too hard : ) Take care.

You wouldn't go to the woods today Christine, if you lived here - it's blowing a gale, with driving rain this morning. All I can say is that I am very thankful it isn't snow! Well done to Elliott if he thinks he can start work tomorrow, good for him!

Good Morning Christine!
Lovely when the rain stops. Something like when everything smells fresh after a summer shower!
Its white with frost today, and yesterday was lovely and bright a sign of another season on its way !lol
So pleased Elliott will be having some normality in his life tomorrow.
Enjoy it Elliott and I hope is boss is not such a tyrant!

Hi Christine
Love your pics and this card is fabulous. Lovely papers. Don't work Elliot to hard at least not on his first day. Work up to it gradually and hit him with it unexpectedly. In case anyone complains I don't mean hit him literally. No rain yesterday either. A sunny day here at the moment, but a very sharp frost as well. I start back to work tomorrow as well as Elliot. I do voluntary reading with year 1 tomorrow and foundation stage on Tuesday's. I help thenm with learning to read. these teachers really have to much to do now, so every little helps.

Hi Christine, almost as much mud as we have here in the West.
Lovely card today, so understated, take away the snowflakes and it could be used for other occasions too.
Good luck Elliott for the start of your new job tomorrow, as a very important member of the firm I hope you have someone on hand to keep you plied with coffee and biscuits.

Morning Christine, Fabulous piccies, I bet Bella loves that walk. We have a very, very thick frost this morning and the sky was red, doesn't sound good, but at least the rain has stopped.
I love your Christmas card, the blue gives off a chilly feel, so is ideal for a Christmas card.
Don't work Elliott too hard on his first day haha, I'm looking forward to his input.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

Hi Christine, I love the colours and design of your card today~ I left my Christmas card making until the last minute in 2013 so I'm really going to try to make an earlier start this year(but not just yet!). Lovely card Christine even though early/late! Nice wellies. Now you see her now you don't - Bella I mean. I really thought my eyes were playing tricks on me before realising there were two photos!
No I hadn't had a drink.
Enjoy your first normal week for ages and best wishes to Elliott in his new role.

We have had three days of sunshine (Worcestershire) until today, back to the wet stuff - ug.
Still need Wellies for dog walking as like yourself, the woods and Lanes are very muddy!
Lovely photos, Bella blends in well with the scenery, you can just pick her out!
Lovely card albeit early or late!
