Hello friends
Lots of news today.... grab a cuppa!
Lots of news today.... grab a cuppa!
Yesterday was Elliott's first day working with me and WOW -
he was brilliant, so speedy at website stuff!
He is just working 12 hours a week and I intend to utilise his skills to the max!
CHA is now over and I'm sure if you tuned into Create and Craft you
were very tempted by the gorgeous new dies, my personal favourites
have to be the Create a Flower dies, lily, rose, daisy, gerber, sunflower, aster and more!
Each set is made up of the flower components and you assemble the middle,
outer petals and leaves.
I have all these Create A Flower dies on order and I will be creating videos to show
At CHA the Spellbinders booth was amazing, plenty of photos were taken so
I didn't feel like I was missing out too much.
I was thrilled to see one of my projects had been enlarged, framed and featured
to show the Spellbinders mantra - cut, emboss and stencil.
It is this card featuring Butterfly Corner - so very simple using cream cardstock
on a kraft base. Using a die just to emboss and then the small dash of colour
with the stencilled butterfly and twine.
I've received another photo of the the mini gift card and box Charity Kit,
this is from Christine Collins. She has added her own pretty touches
with die cutting and edging the white petals - really lovely.

you how each flower is constructed (Elliott's influence already you see!)
You can pre-order these dies along with the Tool n' One and
Tool n' One Foam to ensure that you receive them the minute they are in stock.
Look out for the bundle offer :)
Just hop along to the website.
I've been meaning to mention - there is a search tool on the website,
in the top right hand corner you will espy a little magnifying glass, once you hover your
mouse over it a window expands to type in your search item.

Don't forget if you have made up your kit I would love to see it.
If you subscribed to the newsletter you should have received this month's
and it details the beginning of classes - hurrah!
You can view them on the website under the classes tab.
And finally, a start has been made on joining the squares....
news and photos to follow.
(I was at risk at making this the longest blog post ever!)
Take care friends.

Morning Christine, So glad that Elliott had a fabulous first day, it never ceases to amaze me how teenagers are so savvy with computer stuff, I'm always scared of doing something wrong and not being able to get it back again haha, and my job was computer work, but anything other than that I'm stumped haha.
So glad Spellbinders have showcased your fabulous project. I love the new flower dies and look forward to Elliott's videos of you demo'ing them. I must have the new tool and foam, but will have to wait as have just spent a fortune on the new Heartfelt Creations new dies and stamps shown at CHA, thank goodness for Flexipay haha.

Hi Christine
Your sunflower looks fantastic. look forward to seeing the videos. Lovely card from Christine using the kit. Glad to hear your not working Elliot to hard. Theirs a job for him showing me how to use my computer if he fancies a trip up the not so sunny Oxfordshire.
Hi Christine, what a lovely post...great box and card made by Chris and I love your sunflower. I didn't see any of CHA, but I did see Jo with the Spellbinders flowers..the sunflower wasn't there, but I love it! I liked them all except the rose; there were two many little pieces and they already have the spiral dies, which I think are better, Carole Z X
Watched the demos with the new flower dies on C&C they looked good. Loved the photos of Bella in the muddy woods. Good luck Elliot in your new job hope your boss is good to you x
