What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!

A fair bit of excitement in the VT (Victorian Terrace) this week - firstly I am thrilled to be on the design team for Chicken Soup - please check out their blog and by all means follow me on this new and lovely adventure.

Secondly I bought a 'Clip It Up' - I finally managed to get my mitts on one second-hand.  I've also got the top section too and lots of those little cute boxes but I've yet to get all of that out of the bag (didn't like to scare the family all in one go and display all my stash that I usually have hidden away!)

This week I've photographed another little table in my craft room (aka conservatory) which houses the ironing basket (already the first stage of pressing is in progress thanks to Darcy!) Piled high are my pink Really Useful Boxes - they are filled with punches, ribbon and all other absolutely essential, important and 'really useful' supplies!

Finally a layout I've just completed (oh dear yet another one of eldest son!)  Papers are lush - Kaisercraft - Peachy Keen.

Thanks for visiting and of course big big thanks to Julia for making Wednesdays a million times more interesting :-) xx

The papers are indeed lush, and you've made them look lusher, lol! Love your view out of the window, here I'm watching the leaves being blown down off the trees in the rain, very pretty!

I love the Bagpuss, he brings back so many memories of childhood :) I would love a clip-it-up, never thought of looking for a second hand one. Off to ebay right now :)

Lots of light must make the colours sing when you are working. Lovely stash boxes, and the bag with all those pockets looks really useful too. Bernie (87)

Hey there Christine - thanks for stopping by my blog! I have a question for you - do you not have a problem with sunlight in your conservatory bleaching your papers etc? Just wondered - cos I know my Sis has that trouble with her soft furnishings! #5

Your crafting space looks beautiful and I love your pink lamp!

Great layout.

If Darcy wants a change of scenery, please send him round to mine - I've a huge pile of ironing for sitting on - lol.

love your post and the layout is a lovely blend of subtle shades, very nice, but I must say it is your profile that is intriguing me - are you a moderately successful author then?

I love my clip it up, though sometimes the amount of stuff on it is a little bit scary, and then I go and buy some more!! Hope you enjoy playing with yours. Happy WOYWW, Elliefantasy xxx (129)

Congratulations on the design team honor, Christine. I'll check it out once I have some free time. Thanks for your lovely comment on my blog today. I see the garden is starting to turn colors, although I don't think autumn has truly set in, yet. I love watching the seasons through your conservatory windows almost as much as I love checking out your desk! Happy WOYWW.

Thanks for sharing your little corner of your VT! I had a peek at your other posts, love your scrapbooking style. I have a laundry basket cat as well, but he leaves hair on everything and I have to wash them again! K x (107)

Hi, what an interesting workspace...the pussy cat looks great in 'bed', but I have no idea what a 'clip it up' is.....please enlighten me. Do I need one, can I live without one???

Have a great day
