Pop Up!

Hello friends

A while ago I mentioned some new Spellbinders dies, these are the Pop-Ups.
There are currently three designs in the range.
Today a little tutorial featuring Decorated Birthday.
This is the main die that creates the card.
 Cut/embossed from ivory linen cardstock.
The embossing gives you your fold lines.
Mountain fold the first pair of 1” score lines (closest to the edge) and valley fold
the second pair of 1” score lines. Mountain fold the 3⅜” score line in the middle.
Along with the main die you also have these decorative dies.
I've chosen to use them all apart from the crown.
I attached pink gingham paper to the card front panel.
Adhered the Happy Birthday grid - easy done with Fine Tip applicator.
And then attached the flowers - easy peasy!
 The finished card measures 5½ x 4⅛”.
Decorated Birthday is due in stock within the next week and available
to pre-order here.
Please also take a look at Gift of Happiness and Happy Days -
the other two available Pop Up cards.
They are fun and quick to make.

Take care friends, it's not too late to leave a comment on Sunday's blog post
if you would like to win a set of pre-loved dies.

  7. What a super set at a very good price. I've just bought a die for an A4 sheet of card which was quite expensive but this half size will be so useful. Best wishes Jackie x

  14. Hi Christine,
What a fantastic die! I've almost given up trying to make stepper cards as I never seem to be able to get my measurements right and always seem to end up with a lop-sided card lol. I'm thinking this die HAS to go to the top of my wish list.
I love the finished card. Thanks for sharing with us. x
