Green fingers?

Hello friends

So the weather continues to be lovely and truthfully I should be
gardening but I'm always crafting!
Thankfully I've found a new plant variety, it does require some feeding,
a fair amount of attention but relatively stress free.
This is the upright specimen...
or there is a dwarf curling variety, prefers shady areas!
Unfortunately no cuttings are available!

I hope your week is going well, as usual mine is flying by!
This Saturday I will be demoing at Sir Stampalot in Peterborough.

I do hope some of you live that way and can pop along.

Take care friends...I'm back to crafting and non-gardening.

  11. Love your new plant Christine, and I really like one of my own, but do understand your reluctance to take cuttings, LOL. I wish I could indulge in some crafting at the moment, but I have a large piece of knitting that needs to get done!

  13. Ha, ha, Christine - great piccies! Cats can be the funniest creatures! I found my neighbour's siamese sat in my basket of towels that I'd left by the back door after whipping them in when the rain started and she has a habit of sitting on our front door mat and scaring the life out of you when you open the front door too! I have to say, I do like your potted variety, though!
Hope there's still a bit of Summer left as it's been a lot of the wet stuff recently here in Wales! Enjoy your workshop! Hugs, Lisa x

  17. Love the new 'plant' variety Christine - cats do get into some wonderful places don't they. My daughter has 4 kittens creating havoc at the moment and she' only just moved house - so chaos reigns!!
Have a good day at Sir Stampalot.

  18. Your photos made me smile, our cat also likes to curl up in a pot. He is a very big cat ( dare I say fat) so uses a very large pot!!! I don't like to plant anything in it as it would only get squashed!!! X

  19. Hello Christine,
I've heard of cat mint, but cat plants, well that's a new one on me. You've a fine specimen there!!!
Wish I lived near Sir Stampalot.

  22. Hi Christine
I could do with a plant like yours. Just needs feeding and watering, but can mostly look after themselves. I had a good giggle. Have a lovely time in Peterborough.
