Make your table festive...

Hello friends

If you are organised you may have already thought about your Christmas
dining table (or like me, you may be thinking about it on Christmas Eve!)
If you are looking for some speedy table favour boxes this may be an idea.
Square Bracket Edge Box with the addition of felt Layered Poinsettia.
And this one features felt Bitty Blossoms.
Back to Basics Tags takes care of the labeling.
Inside you can place chocolates, mints, a piece of jewellery, lottery ticket,
cold hard cash!

At home Mitchell has put up his tree in the conservatory,
he has his own style....
No star or angel on the top of his tree -
instead a Pokemon soft toy.
Not so sure it is festive but I've decided it can stay.

Take care friends and stop by tomorrow for FDD.

  4. Hi Christine, love Mitchell's decorating skills, I think his tree should be in the living room though. The little boxes are so useful and sturdy, and I'm making them for the Christmas Table too.xx

  5. Hi Christine. Love the little boxes, so useful all year round too. It's good to see Mitchells tree, we have a fairy at the top of ours but if he wants Pokemon then why not : ) Is Elliott going to have his own tree too this year? I love all of the decorations at Christmas so the more the merrier, if you have the room of course. Just think Christine, the more trees you have the less chance that the kittens will go for your one to climb etc! : ) Have a good day. Take care.

  9. Good morning Christine,
You just make everything look so beautiful, using the simplest of 'ingredients'! The boxes are gorgeous !
The 'bracket edge box ' has been at the top of my wish list for a very long time. I keep waiting for it to be on offer somewhere. I have been making jewellery for a while now and to buy in boxes is quite expensive, having the die to make these boxes would save money in the long run. ........have a justified buying it yet?!
Mitchell's tree looks very 'Mitchell' , I am pleased you let it stay, we have different trees in our house, the girls have one tree that they decorate with all of the decorations that they have all made since they were tiny at nursery etc, I love it, just not in the lounge!
Looking forward to FDD tomorrow, they seem to be coming around so fast at the moment!
    Crafty hugs to you all

  15. Hello Christine!
Sorry to have been away so long, but we moved house two weeks ago and have only today had the new phone line and broadband connected....yaay! I have felt very cut off from the crafting (and outside) world, but at least it has given me lots of time to unpack. I haven't even started on my craft room yet, but all in good time!
Will catch up now on all your posts, and look forward to joining in again.
Lovely favour boxes for the table, and your tree is looking very festive, well done Mitchell!

  16. Hello Christine
Great little favour boxes and something a little different to crackers.
Love Mitchell's tree. He obviously watched 'kirsty's homemade Christmas ' on channel 4 and has decided to go contemporary!
    Take care
