Hello friends
Well it's a definite heatwave here in the South East,
I'm thankful my craft cabin is mostly in the shade.
That dinner I mentioned on Sunday evening prepared by Mitchell and his girlfriend...
I was massively impressed. Mitchell really enjoys cooking so much so
he an interview next week to see if he can enroll on a Professional Cookery course,
he hopes to do this alongside his regular job.
My dream of a craft cafe/restaurant may happen...!
I hit the ground running this week with work and I'm pleased to report
that July's Charity Kit is prepared and ready to announce tomorrow.
In between here's a little sneak peek!

ReplyDeleteTucking in to that lot, I love all the Greek inspired salads, hummus & pittas, olives etc, perfect summer food!
I hope you had a crisp white wine to wash it down with !

Morning Christine, your dinner looks like a banquet to me, groaning table and all. I hope Mitchell gets on to his course he wants. If you need anyone to test his recipes I am readily available! X

ReplyDeleteIt is scorchio here in the North West and I have my fingers crossed for tomorrow's school trip to the beach.
Your dinner looks wonderful. I do hope Mitchell is successful in his college application. How wonderful to have a chef in the family.
