Friday Die Day

Hello friends

Friday Die Day here again and today it is

This is such a lovely Die D-Lite, it consists of two sections -
the outer oval measuring 2⅝ x 3⅛" and the inner hinged oval measuring 1½ x 2⅛"
This is how it looks cut/embossed.
A little card today, white base with red background - all Papermilldirect card.
I placed the die cut locket onto the red base, you can see how that hinge section opens.
You can use the outer die alone as a pretty oval.
I've just added a tiny Sprig and Blooms Four.
The sentiment is stamped and cut/embossed with Back to Basics Tags.
I'm thinking Wonderful Locket would look beautiful cut from craft foils and
perhaps pop a photo behind.
All the dies featured today are in stock.

Have a great weekend everyone, I've got a busy weekend in the shop,
open tomorrow and then Nikki Payne's classes taking place on Sunday.

Take care friends.

  3. Morning Christine
This is such a pretty little die.
I like the fact that it is hinged too.
The papers look gorgeous especially the red. What colour is this? And do you sell it via your website shop?
The sun has finally decided to put in an appearance here. I hope it is shining on you too.
    Enjoy your day

  6. Good morning Christine,
What a beautiful card, like Lesley I love that colour red, so rich and opulent, now this is another die I wouldn't have been bothered about, but you go and change my mind, you are so very inspirational Christine, thank you!
Are the Papermill cards available for post yet or does it work out too expensive to post? We used to have one in Swindon in the Outlet Centre but it closed sometime ago, such a shame as it was always popular!
Well I hope you have a busy (in a good way) weekend in the shop, I am so desperate to visit!
    Hugs to all

  10. I like how the centre section is hinged, and the way you have emphasized it by tucking the flower underneath the 'door'. Just wish it was a bit bigger, but beggars can't be choosers.
