Home...

Hello friends
I hope you all had a good weekend.
Today I can share with you one of the cards that has appeared in this month's edition of
Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine.
I was asked to produce four cards for their Quick Makes section - all to be 'New Home' cards.
The papers and stickers are Pebbles - Family Ties.
Love the gingham blue, reminds me of a nice Summer tablecloth.
I created the scallop edge from Classic Scallop Edgeabilities®, cutting/embossing
from two patterned papers and overlapping.
Of course, the tiny little flowers and leaves are from the very splendid Homespun.

Questions: my lovely new ribbon unit came from eBay.
It is new and they have some more available - the link is here.
Also the ribbons are available to purchase, I have some uploaded in my Amazon shop
but if you are interested in any others please drop me an email.
All reels of ribbon and twine are £2.50 each.

Take care friends - I'm back tomorrow.

  16. Morning Christine

Love your card today. Gingham always reminds me tablecloths and of my cookery apron I made at school in the needlework class. Funny how certain things bring back memories.

Look forward to seeing the other three cards too.
    Have a lovely day.

  17. Good Monday morning Christine,
I saw your lovely creations in my magazine this month, I can now pick your cards out without knowing its yours!
You have a simple, beautiful style Christine and I love it!
Your ribbon storage unit is gorgeous and so are those ribbons.
Do you have the homespun dies in stock if so how much? Those gorgeous little flowers are do versatile, do you use the other dies in the set very much?

  22. Lovely card Christine, Gingham reminds me of the tray cloth we embroidered with cross stich and the school cookery apron I made many years ago too Janice!
Your ribbon shelf looks great Christine, what a find, it ties in well with your corner cupboard and other items your purchased previously for the shop. CBW Carolyn x

  23. Hi Christine, I really love the little flower a leaf from 'homespun' I would like this but I'm not sure how much I would use the other dies. It would be good if Spellbinders were to sell single dies from some of their multi die packs?

    Have a good week
