The Big Move...continued!

Hello friends
Did any of you catch the Spellbinders shows on Create and Craft
direct from CHA??  They were brilliant and you got see some of the key people from Spellbinders.
There are so many wonderful new items.
Right now I am enjoying playing with their 3D M-Bossabilities - they are superb, the detail is wonderful.
I recorded the shows and watched them late last night because I was incredibly busy all day,
in fact I seemed to fall into bed last night totally exhausted.
We managed to get so much done in one day...
Cleared my old studio...sad to see it empty...
we began to place everything into the shop...oh my there is a lot of stuff!
My craft room is going to need quite a bit more organising..
In between all the moving the electrician arrived and did a fantastic job of the lighting including
two of these very pretty light fittings....
I am back there today to tidy/sort everything but this is fun part, so much nicer than all that painting!

Yesterday Amanda asked what I was using on my craft desk to hold my stamps etc -
it is a Clip It Up - I believe Storage 4 Crafts used to stock them.
I purchased mine second hand and to be honest I sold it a year later because although brilliant,
at that time, it took up a lot of space on my craft desk.

Also before I go...Spellbinders have launched new tabs on their website and one includes
'Explore Beyond' - there is a link to a new blog that can be viewed here -
rather pleased to see one of my projects has popped up on there...

Take care friends - have a lovely Sunday, no roast dinner for me today...
possibly a take-away!

  1. My, you were busy yesterday! You will soon find something to put in the empty room at home. I spent a fortune on the CHA shows last night, so I can hardly bear to think of what might be on tonight.

Love your frame with it's lacy adornments.

  4. Hi Christine. So lovely to see the shop taking shape. I bet you were tired but very happy last night.

I've promised myself not to buy any craft goodies this month as I'm saving for my hols. The temptation to buy is so great that I'm not watching C+C at the moment.
How is that for will power?

  9. Morning Christine, I watched the shows last night, it was lovely to see the people from Spellbinders too. The new products are so exciting, I loved all the new embossing folders, I got all those and a few dies, couldn't afford the full sets of both ha ha. What I was a little sorry about, was that we never got to see any footage of the actual Show, that would have been great.
You are getting on well with the new Studio, and the old one looks so lonely now, all empty and bare, have you handed that one back yet?
Have another 'productive' day today, by the way the chandelier is beautiful.
Lots of love from Patricia xx

  18. HI Christine, you have worked hard..goodness I remember when you were preparing your first studio and now you're moving on...all the very best to you! I did watch the Spellbinders shows and really enjoyed them, it was nice to see the smaller cards demo'd. I know you do quite a few smaller ones, which I prefer, we tend to go so 'big' here, but I like the American style! Carole Z X
