Hello to my creative friends!
What a fabulous response to May Inspiration Day, I love receiving your 'makes' and uploading them here on my blog - thank you so much.
First off we have Lydia - she is a 'Super Crafter' and has kindly sent me three! First one is using the gorgeous Daisy Flower Topper, Graphic 45 music score paper and white pearl card.
I think we all agree how striking black and white is.
With this card, such brilliant use of Labels Twenty-Four and Rose Creations.
And this is just so lovely...not least of all because it has butterflies!
I spy the brilliant Classic Scallop Edgeabilities® too.
Super cards - thank you Lydia.
Next is Theresa who has used Moroccan Motifs to make the flowers out of tissue paper, I love this idea..
I may borrow it! The flowers look so delicate. Wonderful picture with the corner dies too.
Thank you Theresa.
Next up we have Anne, she says that Clematis is her favourite flower and she adores butterflies and this symbolises May/Spring means to her. Anne has water coloured the flowers, decoupaged a few
of them and dyed the ribbon with distress inks to match the pearlescent card. Beautiful, thank you Anne.
On to our next card and we have Elizabeth, who mentions that she really enjoyed creating this card, it made her think outside the box . The image that called to her was the maypole and, very cleverly, much like ribbons on a maypole, Elizabeth has woven patterned paper for her background. She has then embossed the background which I think looks superb. Her sentiment is stamped onto Blossom Tags and Accents and Foliage behind her handmade flowers.
Also Elizabeth admits to being an 'insert girl' and has customised inside her card,
I think it's a wonderful finishing touch and thank you Elizabeth.
Next up, we have Caz (Cinders Crafts) who has made this wonderful aperture dimensional card.
She says that when she thinks of May, she thinks of roses as they were given to her after her son's birth.
Truly lovely and pretty delicate background paper too. Thank you Caz.
Next we have Melanie..with a masterpiece..
I am massively impressed with the amount of dies Melanie has incorporated into this card..
Labels Three, Labels Twenty-Four, Foliage, Classic Triple Scallop Edger and Classic Decorative Inserts Two as well as all the flowers, embossing and more - truly beautiful.
Thank you Melanie.
Next up is Carole with this super Spring card. Carole was inspired by the young birds in her garden right now and Spring blossom. Gorgeous Aster Flower Topper (love the dotty middle) and Labels Twenty Four are featured on her very pretty card.
Carole said "Of course I had to add a butterfly or two as well" :)
Thank you Carole.

Next we have Norma who was inspired by the purple flowers in the gallery to create this
splendid purple and white card featuring Bauble Blossoms Two, Persian Accents,
The stencilling looks so effective on the flowers and I love them all clustered together.
Norma also happened to send me a picture of a plaque she had created for her home,
I asked if I could feature it too as it is brilliant and has butterflies! Thank you Norma.
Next we have 'Alpaca' Kathy
Kathy sent along two project photos..firstly this one where she made one of the boxes I created for the Spellbinders™ Spring Blog Hop - it looks lovely in these colours.
Kathy's card is inspired by the pink cherry blossom and it is so pretty.
Eyelet Circles, Wings of Hope, Banner Basics Two (these work so well layered as well as separated out)
all beautifully arranged on an embossed card front. So lovely - thank you Kathy.
Next up is Christine (Crafty Chris)
Taking inspiration from the flowers and the summery bags pictured, Christine cleverly used a template to create a gift bag card. I love that it is so bright and cheerful,
great use of Labels Four - layering, stamping and inking the sentiment (tiny butterfly too!)
Thank you Christine.
Our final 'make' is from Oksana.
Butterfly heaven!
Inspired by flowers in bloom and butterflies in her garden she has created this stunning, delicate pastel card using Lacey Circles for her card shape and sentiment label, Wings of Hope for the layered butterfly.
Another shot..ADORE that butterfly!
Thank you Oksana.
BIG thank you to everyone that has taken part. If you haven't already emailed me your postal address, please do - I want to send out little 'pressies' to all those that have taken part.
Take care dear friends and I'm back tomorrow with photos!

Truly beautiful, I couldn't choose one out of them, that wouldn't be fair, they are all stunning, what clever people your blog friends are. Brilliant idea Christine to showcase, I just love looking at all of the creative ideas. I couldn't send one as my Grand Calibur broke & they haven't replaced it, just a refund, I'm so upset, especially as I'd just started to get going with it! I've now got all these dies with no machine, will have to hunt around & find one when I've got chance! Have a lovely day Alison :)
