Heart Wallet

Hello friends,
Wishing you all an enjoyable Good Friday.
I am off to an Easter Egg Hunt at my sister's home - photos to follow.
Glad you liked my layout yesterday, Redanne mentioned the chipboard letters looked like felt..
I meant to say that these are regular chipboard letters but green (obviously the wrong colour) so
I sprayed them with Cosmic Shimmer Mister, saturated them actually -
I had them lined up by the radiator to dry - the lengths us crafty folk go to!

Back today - I have created a gift and note card wallet from the Grand Dahlia -
once cut and embossed you can score petal to petal and fold to create a heart shape
and it also gives you little inside pockets too.
I've embossed it using Butterfly Garden Grand Impressabilities
and used distress ink to highlight the embossing.
A gorgeous butterfly from Wings of Hope - so effective if you stencil through for the detail.
also make an appearance!

Don't forget if you would like to take part in the Spring Gallery on Bank Holiday Monday send over an image of any project inspired by Spring - card, tag..anything and everything!
I am back tomorrow.
Take care friends.
