Quick Make Card No.2

Hello Blogland
For my second Quick Makes card I fully utilised the gorgeous design on the paper -
Matting it onto turquoise cardstock, adding Labels Twenty Two (cut down), ribbon, pearl swirl
sentiment and a tiny bird rub-on...finished!  Truly a quick make.
I have been asked if I would detail some instructions on how to make my recipe book/holder.

I'm going to do some step shots with a little tutorial and I will post those soon.
Hope you are all having an enjoyable day.
I'm back tomorrow and it is ...Mother's Day!
I did mention to my boys that the best gift they could give me would be tidy rooms..
but I don't think that is going to happen!
Take care,

  17. Hi Christine
you say quick card, I say lovely card.
As for the "Boy's untidy room's, make the most of them because believe me, those year's will go by so quickly & they will soon be grown up & leaving home. I'd love to go back to those year's, when our three were growing up & I'd nag them (yes we all do it), to clean up behind them.
