What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday!

I've been a bit like Tigger this week - excitedly bouncing about.  My first layout as a design team member went 'live' on Friday night for Chicken Soup and I'm delighted to be working with such talented ladies.   Yesterday I took a trip out to Barleylands Craft Village in Essex - oh what a dreamy shops.

So my desk - here it is - I'm so aware that each week you must see my same little tool bag with Bagpuss but at least this time you get to see my black and white floral box with jars of buttons in. Also I must get round to filling up my three tiered basket - shouldn't be too difficult!  I'm working on a page using plenty of 'mist' - love it, I'm going to 'need' more I'm sure.

And here's the desk being occupied by a non-crafter!
And the finished layout once I reclaimed my table ...
Also just outside my window I treated myself to a beautiful pot of happy daisy flowers - I'm sure there is a correct horticultural name for them but to me they are happy daisy flowers!

I love visiting all your desks. Have a great week everyone.  Christine xx

  4. Nice layout and your "baby" has really taken over. I saw the pot outside your window, even before you showed the daisies. And I see things are still growing and green. I'm always fascinated by your view and think I love it as much as your lovely craft space. Happy WOYWW from #2.

  26. Saw your question on my blog post asking about the rocking horses. YES, I really do have around 450. That is give or take a few. They are everywhere in my home, from the size of a quarter (little glass blown ones) to the ones a child can ride.

  32. Beautiful LO of Darcy, was she helping you make the LO? The flowers are definitely Aster's (Michaelmas Daisy's), I've got a gigantic bush in my front garden, imagine your bouquet about 3ft tall and between 4ft - 5ft wide! That's what I've got! This is what it looked like last October, but You don't really get any sense of scale.

You craft in your conservatory?! You lucky thing you, all that natural light must make such a difference. Plus, when it rains.. I just love love the sound it makes on the roof!! :)

I love my Slice, although it is a relatively new buy and I only have 3 design cards as of yet!! But I love it all the same, it is so versatile!!

I hope to see your work space again next Wednesday!!
